TankWatch compiles and indexes publicly available environmental regulatory records from the following official sources:

• Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ): Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) facility datasets, technical tank records, and construction specifications.
• Texas Open Data Portal (data.texas.gov / Socrata): Continuously monitored regulatory enforcement records and Stop-Delivery Red Tag notices.
• Texas Secretary of State (SOS) & Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts: Public corporate filings, registered agent designations, and franchise tax standing used to resolve shell LLC ownership entities.

This information is public under the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA). TankWatch structures, enriches, and visualizes this data for legitimate commercial compliance purposes. Facility owners seeking to update their public filing details should do so directly with the respective state agency.

Your account information is strictly utilized to deliver and support your subscription:
